What is the monopolistic factors in the market as defined by the law of the modern economy?

Monopoly is something you don't have any competition. You are the sole leader in the market where you rule and define things being a sole leader. Monopolistic factor is not a good factor in the market for consumers/customers perspective, cause they will not have option/choices to make based on their requirement and means. It is going to be purely one sided leaving no choice to other side who are actually the end users of it. Always healthy competition is good in the market for the betterment and maintaining the quality of the products. So it is not a good factor in the market.  My2 cents about the concept.
