Don't lie in your CV about your skills and experience, at some stage of recruitment process it will show.It is better to get rejected due to lack of experience but have a chance to re-apply, let's say, a year after, rather than be caught lying.I would also recommend the candidate to do a research on a company, to make sure you can actually explain why you want a position there, not anywhere else.Answers like "because it's a big international company" are too much of a cliche already:)
