What will be the suction pressure of chilled water pumps on different locations like No 1, Ground floor or basement? No 2, 23 floor? No 3, 45 floor?

the suction pressure is always negative .the chiller system is always close that mean there are no difference if you put the pumps in the ground floor or the23th floor(no static head)
