By the word "unique" I take it as a positive term and not to associate it with the danger or negative aspect of its effects on either flying or traveling. Some of the unique airports, in this case, are Changi in Singapore, Dubai of course, Schiphol in Amsterdam and Kai Tak in Hongkong which are all impressive in their structure and amenities. I heard of some others but these are the ones I am familiar with,

CHANGI AIRPORT SINGAPORE
WEAAIN WWLINGTON AIRPORT
KING FAHD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
