Let's face the truth... customers want you to 'wow' them rather than make them feel 'happy'. You have to 'know your customer' thoroughly to do this. We do this rather well at the prospecting/sales stage. Sadly, we forget to maintain the relationship after the sale is completed. This is an indispensable part of the customer experience journey if you want to keep your clients/customers coming back for more. Let's not forget more value for money!
