in my opinion
Consumer buyer is the buyer who is also the consumer of the product or the service being bought. The opposite of this can be the industrial buyer who, buys the raw material, converts it to some good which is then sold to the consumer.
in short consumer consume product but buyer will be re product
The person who purchases the goods or sevices is called as customer whereas the person who uses the goods or services is know as consumer.
E.g- Mr. A purchased an AC for his friend Mr.B so here Mr. A is Buyer/customer and Mr. B is the consumer. Consumer is the ultimate user of the products.
Buyer: A person or company that buys product or service from seller or pay for it.
Consumer: A person that uses or consume that product or service. So s/he is the end-user because s/he is the last stop and does not usually transfer or sell the item (product/ service) to another party.
A buyer is a customer---he is an individual or business that makes a purchase from a seller. Regardless of the scenario, the buyer is the party that gives or transfers money to the seller to secure a product...
A consumer is a person who uses a product or service. The consumer is often called an "end user" because he is the last stop and does not usually transfer or sell the item to another party..
Consumer is a person who is buying a product for his/her end use. Buyer is a person who is purchasing the product may for this use or for some other purpose

Consumer can be the end user.Buyer need not use the service or product .
