What are the characteristics of excellent communication?

Communication is both verbal and non verbal. Your answers must be short, to the point, yet cover all the details. Be fluent, no unwarranted gaps, forceful, deliberate, lively and show enthusiasm. No monotonous or dragging voice. Speak with sincerity and conviction.Support your answers with positive body language. In that ensure adequate eye contact, no fidgeting around or any other negative mannerisms. Sit straight and hold your head high.

• Clear and proper expression of ideas thoughts and feelings.
• Command over the language in the context of grammar, vocabulary and the pronunciation of the language.
• Proper body language- neither loud nor submissive.
• Accent - understandable by the listener/ receiver.
• Patience and calmness should be reflected from tone, voice/ expression.

Being (( Patient )) which includes many under that name, like work under pressure / more listing / accurate decision taker ...... 

If we simply follow the basic "Seven C's of Communication", it would be enough for a communication to be excellent.
