Training for skills & hiring for attitude why is that?

Yes! But why a bad attitude with acceptable skills is an enough reason for me not to hire an employee ..while agood attitude with maybe not enough skills can make hr hire someone!! he or she are able to gain skills through trainig while u can never change abad attitude even with train and that may lead  you to a poisinos employee who can effect the whole team.
