A Leader takes the lead in the implementation of the policies and guidelines conceptualized by the Manager. However, both roles are interrelated to each other because it can be performed by both.
The main difference between leaders and managers is that leaders have people follow them while managers have people who work for them.
Leader will give leads only or rather command Manager get along with peers to execute to achieve it

leaders lead and show example while manager tells what to do even when it is not convinient
Manager always do the higher level of office works like client mails, talk to leaders…etc. But leaders always work with the employees (operators) to motivate them and think how to improve the productivity.
both same because manager can lead there subordinate like super visor down to...leader like president in any country or lead man in one department they can give order for there people...
