Is there any problem to run the hermetic pump without (Rome/Romi) function. What are the step to run pump without this function ?

These functions  monitor the incorrect phase rotation of the pump. The incorrect phase sequence can create harmonics which can lead to various problems. However  hermetic pump can work without these functions if we use an electronic phase sequence relay. By default hermetic pumps with canned motor have such phase control relay that monitors incorrect rotation.
