University one of factors to get a great job, it is not about university's name/program/size it is about how much they studied in-depth and got the required skills.

Well, going to the best universities is a means to end- to get the best education possible by the best instructors in the field of study and learn from his or her experiences to moderate our knowledge in how he or she tackled difficulties, and progressed. Knowledge can be summoned by a click of a mouse in our techno educational world, but does that mean everyone can learn and absorb that knowledge easily? If you google the word car motor you will have hundreds of results that vary from the simple dynamics of how a motor works to the actual composition of that motor.. But that doesn't mean people can replicate that design cause its on the internet. It still needs the educational stepping stones of a to z to understand how to.. So yes a fancy university is a stepping stone to find better jobs than others. Keeping in mind that some others have the potential of learning faster and are more ambitious than people with that fancy degree, but its a slim margin of error in the total picture.

To get the best job its not deppending on how good on grades at school the student are.. the best universities give the best tools and a good networking on the future of the people..

so It is not a guarantee that the best schools have the graduates with the best jobs, that is only on the skills and hard work any profesional improve.

D'abord, merci pour cette question.

Quant à moi, les universités sont semblables car le plus important est comment trouver un travail convenable après la fin des études. Les diplômas n’ont aucune valeur sans travailler.

Unfortunately, studying at well-known universities helps us get a job faster especially if you apply for a job in the Gulf countries. Westerners have got more chances than their Arab peers with the same qualifications. It happened with me personally although I have a native-like accent and knowledge in English. I helped my colleagues who were from various western countries in their classrooms. My boss preferred them to me in everything even in his smile. Therefore, I believe that such univetsities are no more than gimmick.
