you don't have to prove u have to believe in your self then believe that there is no execuse to fail then u will succeed

This migration will definitely change your life. It may change your dress code. Also, it will change your role.  Moreover, your responsibility for the work will change, you are now not only responsible for your work, but also you are responsible for the work of your team.  You need an experienced leader to mentor you and help you with the transition. You may also join one of the leaders networking groups whom you may refer to for help when you need one.   You need also to make a checklist of your new goals and objectives and the related tasks and regularly revise this list.

You may also need to know the individual strengths and weaknesses of you team to put people with a complementary skill sets together, to balance your team’s productivity. You may also realize that regular meetings with your team is needed to motivate and inspire them, to learn about their issues and worries, to get ideas from them and to give them feedback. In addition to that, you need to have your team’s performance, activities and accomplishments documented in a written record for future reference. Finally, you have to learn how to properly coach your team to correct their behavior when needed, and you have to reward them for their performance in order to motivate them.
