Time management can be achieved through working in a structured way. The general approach will follow the following steps:

1. Prioritize the tasks you have. Focus on spending time and effort on those tasks prioritized as "A", then "B", then "C & D". In many cases, you may never reach to the "C" and "D" tasks and either they drop or they will go up in future re-prioritization. Use "TO DO LIST" to do this prioritization

 

2. Work on every task with a plan. Never to work on a task in a random way. Plan ....Plan .... Plan.....

3. Document everything you do. You may benchmark your work in other occasions in the future. This way you save time

4. Do the work needed up to the level needed in each particular task and don't over-doing. In other way, don't be more royal than the king.
