For Chilled water piping system basically the temperature is need to be monitored and two type of sensors are commonly used the immersion type and surface mount type.it could be electronic type or visual gauge depending for engineering application.

* Min. 3 Temp Sensors to monitor Supeheat across Cooler Heat Exchanger, that control EXV accordongly.

* Min. 2 Temp. Sensors to monitor Sub-Cooling across Condensor, that will start the sub-cooling unit.

* Ambient Temp. Sensor that control number of working Condenser Fans.

* Chilled Water Temp. Sensors to monitor Delta-T that indicate cooling effeciency

1. Temperature Sensor (Primary/Secondary Supply, Primary/Secondary Return)

2. Pressure Sensor (Differential Pressure)

3. Water level Sensor (same as pressure sensor) water supply

2 types. Immersion type and surface mounted type.
