When is the best time during the day to conduct a staff meeting, in your opinion?

mostly in morning its the best time... 

Best day to conduct a meeting is between Tuesday to Thrusday and the timing should be between 11 AM to 12 pm

1st hour in the morning, review and planning along with mentoring, guidance everything will be okay in general. But conducting meeting should not be limited on schedule and should be conducted whenever required.

I think Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are best in terms of participation and productivity and best timing is3 clock, meetings should be avoided on Monday and Friday as these are most least effective days to hold an important meeting. as staff usually reach office late due to travel on Monday and on Friday staff use to leave early for their homes.

Morning time - is the best time during the day for staff meetings

based on our experience, our office normally conducts staff meeting after office hour, to avoid the disruption of work during the day.  Staff meeting should be announced earlier, a week or so, so that employees can prepare and clear their schedule ahead of time.
