Company with no rules might have no limits for your rights.
No it is not better to work in company where don't have rules and regulation.
it is always better to read and assign your contract with a company with some define rules and regulation for there employees, it will going in favor of both employers and employee and will increase the value of the company.
It is always best to work in an environment where there are rules.
The rules are there for the better of everybody and not just the majority.
It is better to follow companies rules rather always having arguments and wasting your energy on the wrong side.
Of course the company with ruels is more safer to work in
yes, it is good with company who reserve your rights. but if you with that company who doesnt reserve your rights so need to tell management about that and reservation policies because company buildup from employees character or hardwork if they dont know about reservation so might be better to let them know and try to start reservation policies.
I don't believe that there is company without rules. This is just a matter of understanding how to adapt company given environment when we come. We are the one who need a company to work with so we should show are value towards on it and everything will be followed. If we are not happy anymore then leave that's it.
of course no.1 is the best option to work.
