In terms of the communication and the team work , it is very important in every aspect of society and you will have to work in teams throughout your lifetime. Sometimes the team members will be hard working and easy to understand as a result , easy to communicate with them , but at other times you might end up with assholes.

However, you need to be able to work with both easy people and assholes.

In any I.T. related or in any work, communication and team work had its own importance with highest priority and very well requirement. Especially in I.T field, if i don't communicate properly or in a right manner, how will my other colleagues will share their knowledge to work as a team and ultimately to deliver the projects successfully as a team. so to work as a team, communication is a very important and also in a timely and right manner ultimately to lead the team to work together as a team to deliver successful results.
