المدين هو من أخذ والدائن هو من اعطى

المدين : هو ما تمتلكه الشركه ( كشخصيه اعتباريه ) او ما تنفقه للحصول على الارباح

الدائن : هو الالتزامات على الشركه ( لاصحابها او الغير ) او ما تحصل عليه من ايرادات ( ارباح )
