I cannot say 60% or less because it depends on the products or services that are being promoted, as it also depends on the target ROI. Social media is a tool through which awareness and exposure can be created. It is also a fast and very effective direct communication channel with the target clients and audience at a very low cost. However, we have to keep in mind that in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice across social media is no easy feat.
