What makes me an ideal candidate for a customer service job is my sincerity and commitment to deliver excellence. This taught me a very crucial realization... that the every service is reflection of a company's vision and mission. My passion is always to deliver an uncompromising service to customer's while sticking to the company's corporate principles. I always make it my goal to personalize my interaction with customers to maintain and create new relationships.

It's my passion and commitment to service customers with sincerity by means of acknowledging and emphatizing for whatever they're going through for them to feel that we understood their concerns and at the same time for them to feel that they're being valued. For me, customer engagement is really im[ortant becasue we're not just here to answer or resolve their queries but also for them to treat us like a friend not just a robot to help them out since we only got to talk to them once. Product knowledge, phone skills are just basics that are easy to learn but a "can-do or willingness to help attitudes" are something that you can do if you are passionate on wat you are doing.
