The most difficult employee that I have ever encountered in the month of July 2017 when we have stop the operation of one branch. This situation is very critical because company was not in a good financial estate So, it become dificult to make understand the employee about the company situation. Because they do have their individual family. However we intimate all branch employee about this action and gave them the sufficient time to find the appropriate job with all paper works. Need to make sure not to hurt employees with the verbal communication or written. Try to communicate in such a way that company is in their side and will try as much as possible to help their employees.
I had met with an employee who had quarreled with my HR colleguae due to some work related to the employee's request but due to my very good behavior and respected by all employees I managed to convince him to avoid such offense.
I received complains about one of my staff being noisy and frequently talking to others, which was erceived as wasting their time. I had invited the person to my office, talked to him about the issue, and listened to his side of the story. Following that I shared with him my ideas and what can be a solution. We ended up agreeing on the way forward, and I believe I managed to diffuse the tension.
The most difficult employee I have ever handed was a lady teacher of 55 year of age .She was so stubon to change herself according to students need and was not ready to perfprm any extra task.I startred making good relationship with her by appraising her task whatever she was doing ,involved her while I was drafiting meeting minutes and kept discussing all school issues .I used to take her advices jusat to give her importance and in no time she changed herself and started playing key role for school improvement.
The most difficult thing I have faced is the lack of honest and real-workers people at work.Any work, even a small duty, which is not sincere and credible or leads to gossip and hatred may fails any successful business.
Most difficult situation I have encountered was the salary increment situations as a process of PMS.
Most difficult incident which I can think of was a dispute which arised between a Supervisor and a Subordinate at Senior Management level. Since two Senior Resources were involved, I along with the Business Head of the division had to handle the issue very diplomatically but at the same to time being assertive in our approach to resolve the matter so that there was no repurcusions on the business.
We had series of councelling sessions with them, at first individually and thereafter jointly. Since I had a good rapport with both of them I could manage to bridge the gap and arrive at a solution acceptable to both the gents.
During my professional carrier, the hard ships came and make me more strong for the future,
I can say I know how to swim in life.
