According to Pascal Law the pressure ( p )= Force ( F ) / Area (A )

Pressure :1Pa  ,         Force :1N  ,      Area :1m2

I bar =100000 Pa

The rate of pressure is calculated in accordance with the external forces which is acting against the hydraulic sistem

To calculate some pressure fo a  hydraulic cicuit is force divided area

the pressure in a hydraulic circuit can be calculated by determine the max. load applied to the actuator e.g. the  load by the cross section area of the piston plus the total pressure drops occurred through the various components in the system

usually pressure is express in bars and calculated by force over area.
