Ethically and proactively attitude mandates the proper action to handle these misbehaves, like but not limited to :

- Explain to him "in written better" the severity of such behaves

- Evoke examples and experience of consequences of  such misuse,

- In case such abuse proved to be breach to laws and regulations it must be reported and escalated to the concerned higher management
