First of all list out the problems faced by employees which makes conflict among them and find out the root cause it will help to adjust the severity of effect and to find out easy measures to tackle down the problem. responsibilities and authority of each employee should be clearly defined it will reduce tension among them. bridge the communication gap between them and problem tree analysis method used in social work can be applied to handle conflict.
