first and foremost is to listen what they need and what comforts them is the underline point.I personally like to have a good rapport whoever is next to me so i talk to them and find their needs and provide accordingly.

Home cannot be replaced with any other comforts,but i will try to accomodate the feelness of home which could not be 100 % but eqaual to it..

First it is very important to be accommodating and approachable. Be ready to be a helping hand and stay calm at all times. The difference you have between the guests is being calm and able to think in whatever situation there is. Lastly, be sure to get the job done in a fast and professional manner.
