Hi Waleed, perhaps you should make a distinction between "job role" and "attitude". Leadership is an attitude/quality and role express some duties. Of course some job role require some attitude as Leadership, but not all leader must have some duties ! For example a "Technical team leader" role, is responsible for team issues like motivating and resolve conflicts, but for sure she/he have not the power to manage remuneration package. Well, that's finally mean that you have to clarify the Role. Hope it help you. Regards
