Would you support informal dress code in your organization? What do you think are its benefits?

Sure I prefer commitment unified formal attire appropriate to the nature of the work in the organization because it serves as the personal identity of the institution and gives a good impression of the place

The formal dress code brings the decipline and attitude. So I will not prefer the informal dress code.

from my point of view it depends on where are you from serving people...
are you in a customer services job or even the customer can saw you in a formal Area..
or Are you in the back office job, so you should come well dressed and presentable  but not quite formal 

Hi - Let's separate two things, formal dresses, that can be worn, informal dresses should be allowed on weekends, now dress code, it is something which is given by company, a particular uniform with company name or logo etc.
so, in professional environment we should go in formals....whatever color or type we choose....
