Maintenance/Mamagment Information System
I have been performing almost all the activities of my office from receiving the phone calls, answering them, reroute the calls to concerned departments, prepare all correspondence, register and file all incoming and outgoing correspondence, checking emails, sending reply to the mails, receiving the visitors, fixing appointment with the GM, assist in mobilisation of workers and staff by arranging their gate passes to enter the work sites. In short do a variety of activities and do not know which title can be given to all these works together
