There are hybrid cooling towers which can be used or the cooling tower with more cells and more air for air can be used. But have to check with the losses of water with that capacity of cooling tower

When we cover buildings with trees or vegetation and this case name green roof. the isolation be good in addition to the kind of glass, we need a glass can reflects the sun's rays

Cooling tower performance is related to ambient wet bulb conditions. Higher wet bulb temperatures occur in the summer when higher ambient and relative humidity occurs. Initial system design and proper system maintenance is critical to be certain your cooling tower cell is providing proper cooling.
