The best thing is to understand the role of the manager. In order for the staff conduct their duties well the manager will try to be strict and in that staffs will work well. Then if I was in that company having such a manager I will try and know what is making my manager strict and try to improve and i will also try to ask him or her whether there is an improvement.

The manager is strict for a reason.  I would try to understand the manager by forming good relationships with them.  I would try to understand thier objectives and help them to be achieved.  I would also undersyand how my role fits into an organisation and achieve my objectives. I have had this within the Insolvency service, but getting to know that manager I was able to not only work well alongside them, but also formed a good friendship, which ultimately leads to good working relationships.

Assuming that the employee provides value to the company and possesses redeeming qualities, there are ways to deal with difficult employees. Most often, managers will simply ignore problematic staffers. Managers who live by this rule hope the problem will just go away; that these people will somehow turn themselves around or stop being troublesome. Ignoring the situation is the wrong solution to what could likely become a progressive problem.
