The lift plan is a compilation of documents consisting of but not limited to the ff:
Lift calculation plan
pick and set plan
Load chart
crane certificate
crane operator certificate
rigger certificate
ground test certificate
certificate of lifting tackles
lifting supervisor certificate
Record of pre lift meeting attendance
these are all contained in the lift plan.
The person that will prepare the package is the lifting supervisor and its complexity will depend on the load and number of cranes involved.
