The event Promoter supervises any workers or specialists who have been hired to help the any organisation to grow. It is his responsibilties to work with the publicity team,designers and all the other staff to achieve the growth of the organisation. Depending on the venue, the Promoter may be responsible for hiring and/or supervising others including emcee, Ushers, stage managers, photographers, Security Guards, lighting and sound technicians, and Stage Crew.
