there are two types of gas system:

1-manual system :the extinguisher manually used-each one cover an area according to the hazard -and each extinguisher weight is calculated according to the hazard also, the gas is co2 or powder type or fm200........................etc

2-automatic gas system : nozzle (in stead of sprinklers in water system)+pressurized gas cylinder (instead of the pumps in water system) +detectors to open the cylinder in case of fire+abort button+manual release+......................................etc, the gas is usually only co2 or fm200 in the cylinder .
