As stated by our members here, its18 years old and above, however, most MENA countries suffer from early child labor issues, and you should check UNICEF of any nonprofitable organisation to get the correct numbers.
Blue Collar workers usually start working during age of18-22 but white collar workers normally start their professional life at the age of24-26 in MENA region.
If you refer to the "legal age" to work (regardless of type of work) it's18 in most of the MENA countries. However, if you talk about career work or professional jobs, it's usually after finishing college or university, so roughly speaking it's somewhere between20 -23 (considering that the one spends2-5 years studying).
