Regularly have an update from them about the number of issues in pending to handle. How are we going to resolve them. Looking after the assignment of the job internally. If any unclear things in hand, have a discussion within the team to have their ideas or opinion for good solution. etc.

Firstly it's vital to know what motivates each member of your team. A one size fits all approach may be time effective, but it won't yield the best results. Monetary incentives may be the cornerstone to achieving results, but those results must be clearly outlined and structured into short, medium and long term agendas. Contingency plans should also be put in place in the event that a particular plan of action has to be changed or is no longer viable. Lastly, it is vital to ensure that the team understands the value of their tasks and their own value in ensuring those tasks are completed, cash incentives cannot compel a demoralised, unhappy worker into a productive worker.
