Let's discuss. Why is it hard to find a job these days?

I am looking for a healthy discussion so that we can know what exactly is going wrong, and how to ease the situation. This discussion might help a few job seekers here, to mend their ways and to brace themselves up for the tough market.

most of employer look at job seeker resume online after monitoring whos interviewed face to face..so they don't look for more candidates online...So the best way ever for job seeker is looking for the job vacancy online and and try to have a face to face interview.

The question is from the perspective of a job seeker.  Let us go to the other side of the question, that is from the perspective of the employer.  The recruitment process is a big challenge.  It is very difficult to find suitable persons for suitable jobs.  The entire process is time consuming and costly.  Interestingly, the world is filled with humans and they are everywhere.  Large number of them are jobless.  Then why employers find the recruitment process a very difficult affair?  Believe me, according to recruiters, while the number of jobless individuals are ever increasing, it is hard to find people with right 'skills, knowledge, attitude and aptitude'.  So it is important for job seekers to develop these qualities and they will find it easier to get employed.  Today, business organizations face cut-throat competition and it is important for them to have highly skilled employees so that they can ensure a strategic advantage in the environment in which they operate.
