Good Day Irfan!

To my opinion customer retention is a continuous process and one has to make following activities to keep his customers alive and retained and even more productive:

1-Strong follow-up of customer form entry level Representative to Senior level Marketign head.

2- Continuous satisfaction of needs & wants of customers.

3- Induction of tangible relationships (remebering birthdays / Wedding Anniversary or Kids BDays etc.)

4- Give him/her the confidence that he/she is the most valuable prescriber of the product/s.

and it is a long list if you dont consider ethical selling.
