For an electrical and electronic engineer, which option is best for higher education? MSc in engineering or MBA?

really both of them are very good but i prefer mba

the tow choices they are very good but it's depand on what the engneer looking for in his future if he want to go on in the  accademy teaching in the universities or join to goverment jobs the MSc is the best choice and other wise the MBA very good choice for the engineer if he want to lead his own factory or busines or to become CEO for industrial group or mershants group for selling industrial products

In your career E&E it is better to go in depth ie. subspeciality is better . For management purooses you can join one of those oriented engineering management courses  .

MBA is more convenient one in pratical life also MSc is little degree

from my exp. and as i see on market the MBA is better

Hi - Well decide the career aim first, whetehr you want to go in teaching, in company, in research work.....than it becomes easiar to choose, if you want to join MBA than which stream in MBA, coz it has got lots of specialisation options, choose one best institute and their admission criteria than take admission, MSC, in engineering is your field already so you can easily get admission in to it, both are nice options, take advice of your family members too..... 

i think better to go with MSC because you can get better opportunities in job.
Second if you have your own business or you have good relation in market then go for MBA

M.Sc would be better as specialist in your own field.

If he plans for a career in engineering related field, always MSc is better. 
Or his choice for Management/Administration oriented, MBA suits.

I personally guess, a person having credentials in Engineering should focus on improving his skill and knowledge in engineering.
MBA can be a best option in case you are going to develop your own business, that can be more useful i guess.
