Outputs are those results which are achieved immediately after implementing an activity. For example, if we are organizing a workshop on human rights, participants who attended it have now got a clear understanding on human rights issues. So, this is an output the project has achieved and it is achieved right after the conclusion of the workshop whiles Outcomes can be considered as mid-term results. They are not seen immediately after the end of the project activity. But after some time, when we see some change at the ground level because of the project activity, then it can be termed as an outcome. Taking the above example of a human rights workshop, if the participants have started to mobilize their community members to seek their human rights, then it is an outcome of the project

we learn that what we are contributing are our inputs, and what fruit/result/profit we get is our Output and how it will go beyond our fruit/proft/result to other masses will be outcome. maybe i am wrong.

Can I say output is the result of any activity and outcome is the effect of the output.

When input is what is required to start processing activity.

HI

LET ME ADMIT THAT THESE TWO WORDS ARE CONFUSING.ALL OF THEM THEY ARE TRYING TO ADDRESS SOMETHING WHICH IS COMMING OUT FROM A CERTAIN ACTIVITY OR SITUATION.

OUTPUT

REFER  PRODUCTION OR MANUFACTURING, THEREFORE ANYTHING PRODUCED OR MANUFACTURED IS SAID TO BE THE OUTPUT FROM THAT PROCESS.

OUTCOME

REFER AN END RESULT OR  SOMETHING THAT FOLLOWS FROM  A CERTIN KIND OF SITUATION THEREFORE IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PRODUCTION OR MANUFACTURING.
