Each Country has its own Laws and Policies about Retirement Age with reference to Employment.
  Many companies decide their own Retirement Age Policy within the Framework of the Country's Employment Laws.
  Most companies chose between58 -60 years as the age of Retirement, however they may make exceptions if the position is critical to the Organization.

Retirement age should be determined on the basis of recruited position,category and the policy of company/organization.
An officials; the average age of successful retirement is approximately60 to65.Factory personnel could be retired between40 and50 age, for less physical energy.
But, in case of retirement of an Professor, a Specialist, a Scientist, a Legal Advisor etc the retirement age depends on the efficiency of service delivery.
Factory personnel retirement must be on delivering service Employee in Governmental and Social organization generally retired between55 to60 ages.
An expert doctor or nurse retire up to   delivering service efficiently.
