Physical planning which involves the Built and Natural Environment, Social Planning, which ivolves the people and stakeholders, Economic Planning which involves, the impact of the project to the economy and commerce and Environmental Planning which involves the protection and preservation of the Environment. Comprehensive Planning should be more sustainable and has a long time vision and effect.
While Master Planning involves current activity thet requires current effective solution on existing problem or project, sometimes it is more on the physical planning side, without a more comprehensive study on the future effects of the problem or project.
