Sadly through socialization from the time one grows up from being a toddler to being a fully grown adult all institutions of development (family, school, mentorships etc.) have been designed to enable an individual to fit into the working system. It is only now that we see the prevalent of technology and globalization that we see information sharing, enterprising individuals, unlimited flow of both ideas and capital (controlled and uncontrolled) are now taking shape making it possible for the most unlikely persons become entrepreneurs.
Some enterprises excel and some fail, some become going concerns and some crumble but most importantly the larger system has been designed to make a few, owners of capital and the larger population just trickle through the cracks into the worker positions.
