create live chat, Ticket system and solve client problem with1-2 hrs if possible..Dont be lag or delay from customer support

Tracking customer complains can be easy using customer service . Firstly ask the problem then investigate then find why it happen then find the right solution and they need the trial and error to know the effectiveness of the solution you choose.
