l think it is the grammar. Accent does not matter for everywhere English goes it creates a new accent from the language of the people there.
Confidence at the first place and then grammar. Accent has to be neutral.
You have to get the grammar right in the first place.......if not perfect should be such that doesn't look funny atleast..like the question u asked...it may or may not be perfect in grammar...but it was such that everybody understoond it.
Not sure, you can get away with bad grammar, a poor accent is quiet intangible for anyone as no one can understand what you're saying regardless if the grammar is good.
more important is accent because we cant understand each other if we not learning it and the grammar is important for didacticism
Just display of accent makes no sense without good grammar.
So grammar comes first when learning English, followed by accent.
