Corporate Finance in General, has to do with managing the Capital structure of a Company in order to add financial safety and value to the Company. It has to do with raising fund to meet the Company's Investments requirements. Corporate finance has to do also with mergers and acquisitions. As for the reports, I have never worked in any of the GCC markets  but generally the reports needed are the Income statements, Balance sheet and Cash flow statement. for Valuation purpose we would need the Free cash flow and financial projections over a period of about5 years.
