I have learnt from experience that effective learning can only take place when teachers use a student-centered approach towards education. We can start off with  student-centered learning and that would be our final goodbye to teacher-centered learning.

When eachers concentrate on service learning projects and students get experience from all society institiutions.

when teachers depend on group work and peer work and act as a sage on the stage.

When teachers stop giving facts for students to memorize and pour those facts in the final exam paper.

When all exams become practical not theoretical.
