Age limit should be waved if a female is efficient and experienced. Some time a female role might be shining asset for the organization

If the person is suitably qualified and experienced, there should really be no age limit. The truth is, though, that many companies would not consider an admin who is "on the wrong side of"35 or, in some cases, even less. Of course, there are exceptions; for instance, Kershaw Leonard in Dubai once had a receptionist who looked like she was of retirement age. This depends a lot on how progressive a company is, and how much it values efficiency over appearances. In general, the more demanding the role, the more chances a candidate of "advanced" age who possesses the right specialist skills has of being considered for it.

The straight and frank answer would be the politically incorrect one: ladies in frontline roles are required to be attractive - i.e. young and beautiful-looking - in addition to their main role as administrators or secretaries.

This may not be what the management policy per se, but over time it becomes apparent to employers from client feedback that the more attractive the frontline lady, the more inclined the clients feel to deal with that company.

That is a very good qustion and it is about the old concept and mind set of old system. But performance must be based on quality production but not age.Not all young men or ladies can perform, therefore we should consider capabilities not age.

It varies organization to organition, depends on polices. but to my understanding there should not be age limit for women if they are senior in organization working weel competently they should be respected. Women should be given more and more opportunities in  the gender perspective. We live in geneder imbalance society so equity with equality is must.

No, i do not support any form of discrimination against the women in the work place. Efficiency and competence has no gender, in my opinion

These posts have to deal with much patience.  Female gets polished maturity in their attainment of different periods of age.

mostly for the admn/secy posts EGO has no place to play.

To carryout the particular works ladies needs a mindfree attitude.

Most of companies do that. They consider their secretaries as front liners. Reason of hiring young, attractive women as administrators/secretaries without considering much of their efficiencies.
