It does not matter hiring graduates or undergrads, as long as he/she is capable of the position assigned to him/her, and always carry honesty to the employer/company and respect to everybody around him/her.
Everyone starts his / she first job without experience whatever he is graduate or undergraduate so undergraduate with good experience is not a bad choice.
its dependent what kind of job he will do
If the graduate is ready to work at entry level, and if I have the time to "train" him, I will hire him. If neither then the undergrad is my better fit.
In case the candidate has the minimum required education, I definitly choose the experince.
If they are graduate or not it doesn't matter. The think is he can understand and manage our work or no. Even they have years of experience it is possible to do some mistakes.
why not?, the employer only looking for a energetic employee with well experiance in the same industry, if he can handle according to employer's requirement then the employer will be satisfied than a graduate guy & any other certifications too.
it is my experiance
thanks
I prefer experienced undergraduate if iam a employer
Experience is the best teacher, so a skilled technician is better than fresher.
interviews could be the integral task and essential part taken to employ anyone, and it depends on experience needed for completing the job.
I would like to hire an experience person, it doesn't matter whether he/she is a graduate or not.
