"Hospitality" learning is continue learning process. every day is new experience and learning. If you are dedicated and have the passion then years of experience does not matter. The matter is how effectively you train your self.

Actually, in such fields experience does not matter a lot. Experience and Degrees are just to unlock some doors for you.

Both the industries you mentioned are very much of dynamic nature so most of the time you don't have pre-defined tools to handle the situation. You must be internally strong enough the deal the matters with smile on your face, less stress and with a cool but intelligent mindset.

Years and years of Experience

I've never hired anyone in my team based on their experience only. A person's background has never been the most important for me. A brief overview of one's past experience is not necessarily reflecting on one's personality. What is more vutal for me, is the personality fit. If a person is a natural communicator, positive, proactive and friendly, he or she is for me as good as any other whose resume has the best companies worked. Customer service is a field where your personality is your top selling asset

I think three years with communication skills and talents of knowing what clients need through sharp observation beside possession of across culture demanded also attention to details as well can afford you to reflect glittering reputation to your company.

well a1 year experience is enough, but when it comes to hospitality, it is never enough, cause you will always meet new people with new mentality, you will always learn from hospitality, you just have to focus and face as much as you can in the field. then1 year will be productive for you
