I agree with "Amarjeet Singh" in what he said through the disciplines of people can interact with human resources officials directly and other professionals on Mistoa world
I think they are already doing this, by having this specialities section, where one can interact with different professionals across different domain and build their network; as for chat function exclusively for hiring, they have been doing that, couple of months back they rolled out the virtual job fair ( though for a short window), where a candidate was able to directly interact with the recruiters.
Hi _ This idea is good, it should be done with proper channel, coz these days employers ahve got loads of applications to vire/review, if they are taking interviews online or through phones directly interacting with candidates, it would save lots of time, they can opt ofr chat or voice chat etc. problem is for one job there are n no of applicants, so pick the suitable and chat and hire.....

When it comes to opening up a separate section where HR professionals would be able to interview a candidate is a good idea. This would help the companies to recruit the right candidate for the company in a short period of time.
I think there should be a function available throughout to support Interviews online for a global hiring website, it is different from a job fair. This function will boost credibility of the website in terms of trust among the candidates, more traffic as well, when they can see that someone is already being interviewed, or someone has a tag where they are interviewed so and so times etc (just an idea).As for the specialties section, this is more like Yahoo Answers. A good discussion forum too, according to me, has little to do with hiring.I am talking about something like a VDR (Virtual Deal/Data Room), but with different functions.Saves the recruiter money if they are interested in the right candidate from overseas, candidates can save some travel expenditure etc.

Yes..I agree with your thought. I would be possible by using the current status of the candidate, looking specialities, analyzing the questions and answers and also using the online interview support of Bayt.com.
